In 2022, we moved our operations to Nashik. A State of Art Facility, spread across 43,000 square feet, this is where our snacks come to life. Every part of the process is built around cleanliness, safety, and efficiency.

What does Nutromode Snacks specialize in?
We focus on contract manufacturing and private labeling of plant-based, extruded puff snacks. From millet and lentil-based varieties to corn-based puffs, we produce snacks in bulk for brands across India with flexible packaging options and full product customization.
What is your production capacity?
Our fully equipped facility in Nashik has three twin-screw extrusion lines, producing a combined capacity of 4 tons per shift. Currently, we utilize 2.5 tons/day, leaving 5.5 tons/day of available capacity for new partnerships and scale-ups.
What kind of packaging solutions do you offer?
We use four 14-head multi-head packaging machines for pillow pouch packaging with nitrogen flushing to keep the products fresh. We also offer jar packaging and zip-lock pouches based on your specific branding or retail needs.
Do you have your own lab for testing?
Yes, we operate an in-house lab that conducts both physical and chemical testing of our snacks. This includes tests for salt, acidity, peroxide value (PV), free fatty acids (FFA), moisture, and sensory parameters like taste and texture.
How do you ensure food safety?
We follow a strict Environmental Monitoring Program (EMP) which covers microbial checks, water quality, personal hygiene, pest control, as well as noise, lighting, and chemical hazard monitoring. This helps us maintain a safe and compliant environment every day.
What types of snacks do you manufacture?
We produce a wide range of puff snacks including corn puffs, multigrain puffs, lentil puffs, quinoa, chickpea, ragi, jowar, and soy-based options. Each product is created to offer a healthy alternative to fried snacks.
Are your snacks healthy?
Absolutely. Our snacks are plant-based, gluten-free, and contain 25–30% less fat than typical potato chips. We also use clean-label seasonings and oils like rice bran and sunflower oil, avoiding MSG and palm oil.
What’s the protein content in your puffs?
Our puffs typically provide 9.5g to 16g of protein per 100g, while products made with protein isolates can go up to 22–24g of protein per 100g, making them a great addition to a nutritious snacking range.
Are you certified?
We are currently undergoing gap audits and expect to receive our BRC and Gluten-Free certifications by December 2025. These will reinforce our quality, safety, and compliance standards for global supply chains.
